I am a sculptress. In my work, I explore autobiographical themes, and my sculptures are often self-portraits. I believe that referencing myself allows for the greatest authenticity in my pieces. I am also interested in relationships with Others, such as non-human species or emotions. One particularly interesting subject for me is various forms of romantic relationships.

I predominantly create my works by myself. Physical contact and the time spent with the sculptures during the creative process are very important to me. My sculptures are made in human scale, 'by eye.' I take initial measurements from myself or my immediate surroundings.

I live and work in Rogówiec, Warsaw, Przewodowice and Rawa Mazowiecka. My studio is located in the village of Rogówiec in central Poland, where I am from. The forested and rural surroundings provide me with a lot of inspiration: sometimes I gather materials from the area myself (such as pinecones, wood), or I am inspired by figurines from my neighbors' gardens. I usually combine these elements with more industrial materials, such as polyester resin or car body filler.
